Megan’s experience includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, facilitating RFP processes, including reviewing general conditions of contract and tenders, conducting legal due diligence investigations for local private entities and for cross border transactions, facilitating M&A transactions, drafting and submission of exchange control applications, and assisting with corporate and commercial compliance and governance for clients.

 Megan primarily supports clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, as well as those in the mining supply industry.
