The Lighthouse Academy
A key component of our social responsibility is The Lighthouse Academy, launched in January 2018. It is our mentorship, training and skills development program for BBBEE law graduates who are interested in commercial law and in pursuing alternative training opportunities to what is traditionally offered in South Africa's legal sector.
Transformation and Diversity
Lighthouse Law is built with a focus on social responsibility, transformation and BBBEE and has majority black ownership. We are a proud BBBEE level two contributor under the Revised Codes of Good Practice 2013. We are committed to being a force for good as a fundamental company value.

The Lighthouse Group comprises of:
Legal Services: we provide legal services via LH Law (registered as Luckan Heyns Inc), a South African registered and regulated law firm, and Lighthouse Law (registered as CR Legal Services (Pty) Ltd). All our lawyers are registered in South Africa, and Justin Cornish, CEO of Lighthouse Law, is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the UK.
Legal Tech: LightHub, our innovative contract management system.
Procurement Consulting: Beacon Consulting, providing strategic guidance and support to our clients’ procurement functions.
