Erik oversees all client delivery, and has a particular interest in providing strategic advisory services to clients in relation to procurement processes

Erik acts for private and listed companies, as well as state owned enterprises, across a number of industries, including telecommunications, IT, travel, financial services, petroleum and retail. He has a particular interest in providing strategic advisory services to clients in relation to procurement processes.

Recent experience includes:

• Advising a major telecommunications company on the roll-out of its national optic fibre network and related infrastructure;

• Negotiating the contractual framework to migrate (and maintain) a substantial portion of a listed UK company’s operations to the cloud;

• Advising on the outsourcing of sales, support and assurance functions for a chain of in excess of 70 retail stores located throughout South Africa;

• Supporting one of South Africa’s “big four” banks in the procurement of a key market risk analysis and management platform.
