Bronwyn focuses on the drafting and vetting of a range of contractual agreements, negotiating and managing client risk exposure throughout the contract lifecycle

Bronwyn’s outsourcing experience includes the management and negotiation of a large network and telephony deal, the conclusion of a catering contract for a global airline as well as putting in place the required legal framework for a client’s multinational contact centre.

As well as being involved in outsourcing deals, Bronwyn manages one of Lighthouse’s largest clients and its managed legal services solution, having developed a strong relationship with the client over several years and spending time within the client’s business in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business drivers. 

Bronwyn has developed a range of precedent bases for various clients and has a special interest in tailoring templates to be specific to her client’s needs. She also enjoys project managing larger deals to conclusion and has an interest in the development of tools for tracking progress and actions required in order to drive the process forward as efficiently as possible. Bronwyn has been involved in the set-up of the Lighthouse Academy.
