Linki is a commercial lawyer with over six years' post-qualification experience advising blue-chip multinationals and leading South African corporates on contract negotiations, outsourcing arrangements, and cross-jurisdictional transactions across both common law and civil law systems. As a Managing Associate at Lighthouse Law, Linki works closely with in-house legal teams to bring structure and commercial focus to their contracting processes — from deal structuring and negotiation through to ongoing contract lifecycle management.
