With a background in telecoms and engineering, Thabo has worked with some of the largest multinational corporations in South Africa. He is a highly proficient cost management professional, who has delivered large scale multinational cost optimisation programs always underpinned with a Total Cost of Ownership mindset and aimed at ensuring sustainable value delivery.

Justin is the CEO of Lighthouse Law and provides strategic advice and leads in the execution of complex procurement and contracting processes using Lighthouse’s innovative approaches to executing transactions.

Reviewing your Procurement Strategy:

We provide general consulting services around developing or reviewing procurement strategies to ensure these function efficiently, and are aligned with client’s needs and budget.

Consulting on Specific Projects:

When advising clients of specific projects, our service will typically include the following:

• attendance at, and input to, relevant strategic forums;

• advisory support for the executives who are accountable for the success of the project;

• support in relation to the procurement process and the approach to risk taken by the client;

• reviewing and advising on the commercial construct for the deal and the technology strategy.
