Our Projects team supports clients with the labour intensive components of big transactional projects, using established processes to get projects up and running quickly and efficiently. We do this by matching the right people and technology to each project we work on.
Working with our clients, we set out the aim and process of the project, manage the project throughout its lifecycle, and provide relevant data and reporting through the course of the project. We are able to assist clients in a wide range of large client projects, including:
Contract assistance with M&A or restructuring activity, including due diligence on existing contracts, the drafting of novations/assignments and amendments, and re-negotiation of contracts where necessary;
Global roll-outs of multi-jurisdictional transactions, including local agreements giving effect to local billing arrangements on global deals;
Preparation of client contract sets/templates and the maintenance thereof;
Contract management, including storage and contract lifecycle management and the preparation of associated documents;
Due diligence of client’s deployed software and development supplier contracts, including associated remediation actions where vulnerabilities are uncovered, as well as assistance in software audits;
Contract digitisation and management initiatives;
Mass rollout of updates and preparation of contract amendments across our clients’ supplier contracts for the implementation of new laws or directives, such as data protection and Brexit preparation;
Reviews of supplier contracts to assist in highlighting key shortcomings or non-market positions and any follow up supplier negotiations;
RFPs for services or goods procurement. Our experience in this regard includes having assisted in and run multiple global network and telecommunications, fibre rollouts and facilities management RFP’s.
