Fransu is experienced in commercial contracting, corporate law, funding agreements and financial services. Her expertise includes the regulation of intercompany transactions within a group of companies. She has successfully negotiated and implemented a great number of cross-company security instruments to facilitate the advance of funds to businesses in a wide array of sectors. Fransu also completed her LLM degree in this field.

As an in-house lawyer at an authorised financial services provider, Fransu gained in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance as it applies to certain investments, as well as the insurance, outsourcing, foreign exchange and intermediary services industries in South Africa. She is also experienced in labour, logistics, procurement and software agreements, in both South African and international markets.
Fransu is well familiar with dispute resolution, having instituted and driven to completion many processes to facilitate payment, particularly within the insolvency and secured lending environments. The core of any interaction with clients and counterparties in this regard is always the best interests of clients’ businesses. Fransu continues to support her clients with a business-focused approach.
