• Review, assess and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts on behalf of clients.

• Work on technology transactions, including software licences, SaaS agreements and data processing arrangements.

• Apply legal knowledge in a practical, commercially sensible way, giving clients clear and useable advice.

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, communicating clearly and responding promptly to their needs.

• Experience: Two to five years post-qualification experience in commercial law, with a focus on reviewing, assessing and negotiating contracts.

• Technology Experience: Experience with technology transactions would be an advantage.

• Skills: Technically excellent, with the ability to apply legal skills in a practical way.

• Attributes: Highly motivated, keen to take responsibility, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
