Madeleen has experience working on various corporate and commercial law matters, as well as fiduciary work. This includes corporate and personal structuring, general commercial contract drafting, reviewing and negotiations. She has a keen interest in assisting clients by drafting bespoke commercial agreements while utilising and developing the tech-savvy approaches available at Lighthouse Law.
